Local Company Not Responding to Complaints About Product, Customer Service Issues, BBB Warns

A company based in Central Ohio has failed to respond to our attempts to contact them on behalf of consumers, and hasn’t responded to three complaints filed against their company.

Branding Shark, located at 99 Woodlawn Ave, Columbus, OH 43228, has an F rating with your BBB. Branding Shark offers garment printing for special events. Custom t-shirts can be a cost-effective way to make each event special, and is one of the most popular and in-demand option for customizing apparel. But before you place an order or give them a deposit, BBB has some news to share with you.

Four consumers have complained to BBB about this company’s delivery practices and customer service. Specifically, consumers allege they are unable to check on the status of their orders and have not received the promised merchandise in the time quoted by the business. One consumer stated that the “imprints were not satisfactory. Parts of imprints were missing, other imprints were flaking off the shirts and all the pieces were to be run in three colors and they were imprinted in only two colors.”

Consumers from Michigan, Missouri, Tennessee and Texas have submitted complaints against the company located in Columbus. One consumer stated, “I emailed him every day regarding shipping information and never heard anything back. I called four times, leaving messages twice asking for either an email or phone call and still haven’t heard anything, nor have I received my hoodies.”

Consumers who have filed complaints state that the business cannot be reached, and they fail to respond to email messages or telephone calls. Their website is down but their Facebook page is still up. Over $5,000 in deposits has not been returned to customers.
