When Ordering Electronics on the Internet, Local Company Doesn't Deliver

Columbus, Ohio – July 2, 2013 - The Better Business Bureau is issuing a consumer warning about a Groveport, Ohio-based internet company that has racked up complaints from consumers in 11 states and three countries. The company , USA111, sells discounted android tablets online through its website usa111.com and has earned an F rating with BBB.

USA111 Inc’s physical warehouse location is 302 Lowery Ct., Ste F, Groveport, Ohio. John Li is the owner and President.

This company has a pattern of customer complaints alleging customer service issues and service issues. Consumer complaints allege the company fails to honor warranties, advertises products in the US that are from China, fails to abide by their own refund/exchange policies, and fails to respond to requests for assistance.

An Ohio woman stated, “The item came with the incorrect battery charger and the SD card did not work.”

A North Carolina man stated, “The tablet did not work and it stopped charging completely. They also did not say anything about any restocking fees or additional fees when I purchased the tablet.”

On May 31, 2013, BBB sent certified correspondence to USA111 requesting their voluntary cooperation in resolving the underlying issues causing the complaints on file with BBB and providing steps it will implement to eliminate the pattern of customer complaints; however, BBB has not received a response from the company.
