BBB Receives National Operations Award

– January 8, 2013 - The Better Business Bureau serving Central Ohio received the award for Outstanding Operations at the 42nd Annual International Assembly of Better Business Bureaus in Washington, D.C.

The award is based on metrics comparing over 112 BBBs nationally of equal size categories in relation to resolved complaints and number of Business Reviews accessed. The award focused on the number of days to open and close complaints, and the number of BBB Business Reviews accessed by the public in relation to the number of consumers in the BBB of Central Ohio service area.

"Our BBB is extremely proud and honored to receive this award," said Kip Morse, BBB President and CEO. "Winning the award speaks directly to the dedicated efforts of our operations staff that helps thousands of consumers resolve marketplace disputes each year."
