            I have used this electronic gate company for approximately 25 years. The past couple years have resulted in several conflicts. The most recent was a request to repair my gate. First, no one answers the phone. Second, it takes forever to get someone to come out. Third, when they do come out, the gate is in the same disrepair state. After 3 attempts to repair the gate, I had to find another company to do the repair. I never received a bill from said company until yesterday. I received a bill for $520.00. It also states that it is in collection. I refuse to pay for a service that I did not receive. My new gate company informed me that they are getting a lot of new customers from this business. Therefore, I must not be on the only one that is having this problem.

            Dont trust or waste your time with this company. I should have known from the beginning that it was not going to work out very well since it took almost 3 months to get someone to respond to our inquiry for a new install. Once we finally did get a sales person to make contact with us they were professional enough in the beginning, however after multiple months of discussions, them looking at the project and coming on site, getting third-party bids for the materials of the gate, etc. *********** sent an email that theyre not able to fulfill our request. I quote the response was we cannot handle your project given the current climate of our company Im not sure what thats all about, but we wasted almost the entire summer season to get that response.
