I would not recommend this company to anyone. Worst moving experience ever. They were focused on a bigger move than mine. Not focused on my move. Had to return to condo I moved out of to move 3 pieces of furniture. They left 10 pound kettlebell on truck. Left message for them regarding kettlebell. Never returned call

Leaders Moving and Storage did an excellent job moving us. ******* (#****) , ***** (#****), **** (#****) and ****** (#****) were amazing. So pleasant and accommodating . They did not complain about one thing I asked them to do and it was a LONG day. I would definitely use them again. Thank you.

Not a good experience. We had a two day out-of-state move. The first leg went fairly well with three movers and the truck packed and on their way within about 4 hours. There was not enough room on the truck so we had to leave some things behind but we were warned that this may happen with the size of our move. Day two did not go well at all. Only one guy showed up (the gentleman who drove the truck to our new city). He stated that he had put a post on ******** for helpers and that two guys had responded and were to supposed to show. They were apparently not guys employed by the company so were likely not insured and possibly not trained or looking to steal a few things. It didnt really matter because they never showed and the one guy ended up moving most of the things himself. The mover stated that he had called Leaders to see if they could help recruit more people but I was suspicious so I called Leaders as well and they stated that he had not called them. Possibly he was never planning on having help come so he wouldnt have to split his pay for the day? Maybe he was hoping my husband and I would assist with the larger items? Neither of us are able to do heavy lifting so multiple wooden furniture items and doors were damaged in the process. Even after Leaders was informed and I was told that other movers from the area would be called to help, no one else came. We were down to just a few items that were impossible for one person to move (and that my husband and I could not help with) and we were told that a few guys were on their way to help. After about 8 hours of unloading, 2 local movers came to help with the last few items and we were left to survey the damage. I have heard numerous nightmare stories about out-of-state moving so we paid top dollar to go with a company that was well reviewed in hopes that things would go more smoothly. This may be a decent company for local moving but they are obviously ill prepared for out of area moves.

Thank you for providing feedback of your move. We take great pride in our service levels and in this instance we did fall short of your and our expectations. It is very common for movers to utilize professional movers when relocations occur to other states. In this instance, the movers assigned to assist did not arrive. Although unintentional it is our responsibility and we take responsibility for it. We do apologize for the issue.

My Leaders crew was excellent. Thoughtful, courteous and extremely respectful to us and property. They had a big job and handled our move with ease. I pray Ill never move again, but if I do Leaders will be called on again. Top notch! Recommend most highly.

I highly recommend Leaders Moving. Ive used them multiple times now and the attention to detail and friendly crew is top notch. The only movers I would recommend hands down!
