The first issue was a year ago when one of Elseas workers was weed eating behind my house and he hit pinecones from the tree's and it hit my bedroom window breaking it. I made the office aware of the incident and the reply I got was "turn it into your house insurance" and has still yet to be fixed. Next issue is the pine trees around my house are always dropping needles on my roof and clogging my gutters and has actually made some break off. I asked if they trim them back they said no and I asked if I could do it and was told I would be written up if I do anything to the tree's. Still nothing done. Next I have a large tree on my lot which is old and has lots of dead branches which have damaged my home and shed. They were made aware of this and the Manager told me to just think I'm in a tree if it falls down and lands on me. My mother let her know that it isn't a laughing matter because if it would fall or a big piece falls down it would land on my bedroom. Another is I had to go underneath my trailer to see why I was getting 300-500 gas bills. So when me and another person went under it we first seen old flooring, insulation, and other trash that is piled from where it had been worked on by the workers they have. And the entire ductwork was pieced together with used parts with holes of all sizes in it from one end of the trailer to the other. All my heat was blowing underneath. There are so many stray cats that they are going through my underpending and have urinated all over and it's coming through my air vents, ripped my insulation down, fecies everywhere and it smells. When I said this was going on they said there was nothing they could do because it's not their problem. All these issues have been made aware of but nothing has been done and they are raising lot rent anytime they want but won't fix anything. We all pay lot rent so it's not right for us to have to pay for their lack of effort and our places get damaged.
