On August 27, 2013, BBB contacted Beats Customer Support who advised our office Tech-Ball is "not authorized to sell beats headphones". Consumers who wish to contact Beats with questions about Beats merchandise may send an email to email@example.com, or call their offices at 1-800-442-4000 Monday-Sunday 6:00-7:00 pm PST.

Refund and Exchange PolicyConsumers are advised to file a dispute with their credit card or PayPal if eight weeks have gone by and the merchandise has not been received.
According to the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act, "it shall be a deceptive act or practice to accept money from a consumer for goods ordered and then permit eight weeks to elapse without: making shipment or delivery of the goods, making a full refund, advising the consumer of the duration of an extended delay and offering to send the consumer a refund within two weeks if the consumer requests it or furnishing similar goods of equal or greater value as a good faith substitute if the consumer agrees."
