Complaint: I placed an online order through Conrads College Gifts and paid with my credit card. I recieved a thank you prompt to my email address, with my order number attached, which was (*****). I requested the product be shipped to my work address and waited patiently for my products to arrive. The products never arrived. I called and was in contact with a man named ****** I inquiried about my order, and***** told me that the order was delivered. I told him that I never recieved the order. Scott told me that he would check into it and call me back.

I waited a week and ***** called and told me that Conrads was working with the Postal Service in figuring out what happened with my order. ***** told me that what would probably happen would be that Conrads would take care of me, and would probably send out a new order. I never received anything, and called three more times, at which one time I was told that the owner was on vacation and as soon as the owner returned ***** would talk with him on how to proceed, and would call me back. That was 4 1/2 weeks ago. I still have not heard from them. This problem has been going on since June 4th. I feel that I have been more than patient on this matter.

Desired Settlement: I would like to have the products at which I paid for, or to have my money refunded.

Business Response:

I just returned from vacation and my assistant told me about this problem. I instructed him to send a replacement order. I just called the customer and he received the replacement order and is happy.
