This company has a pattern of customer complaints alleging customer service issues and service issues. Specifically, consumer complaints allege the company  fails to honor warranties, advertises products in the US that are from China, fails to abide by their own refund/exchange policies and fails to respond to requests for assistance. 

On May 31, 2013 BBB sent a delivery receipt confirmation email to USA111 requesting their voluntary cooperation in resolving the underlying issues causing the complaints on file with BBB and providing steps it will implement to eliminate the pattern of customer complaints.

On July 12, 2013, BBB began receiving responses to the complaints, but has failed to respond to our request to try to resolve the underlying issues causing the complaints. BBB will continue to monitor and update this portion of the Business Review as information is received.
