In-stock non-Clearance shoes may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Clearance shoes (unless otherwise specified) are subject to a $10.00 restocking fee on refunds. Exchanges incur no fee, and shipping is free on the new pair. CUSTOM-MADE SHOES HAVE A NO-REFUNDS POLICY! We offer a 1-time-only exchange on custom-made shoes, subject to $20.00 restocking fee; Custom-made shoes must be exchanged for another custom-made shoe from the same line/manufacturer, within 30 days of receipt. No exceptions will be made. Store credit may be chosen in lieu of exchange, with prior authorization.
