The representative ***** whom I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional from the start of the call. The company has been calling my place of employment harrasing me multiple times and also sending letters to “personnel” . Finally getting tired of the calls to my employer I call to try to make some type of resolution and am told that it was “too late” and that my case had already reached an attorney. After asking her several times why she had not called my personal phone concerning a personal business matter I asked her to verify my contact phone number and to my surprise she had an incorrect phone number listed for me. I explained that she was unable to reach me because the phone number listed for me was incorrect . After hanging up on me mid call several times I continued to call back to try to reach some sort of resolution. Again she was rude and nasty telling me we had nothing more to talk about. I advised her that since she now had my correct phone number she no longer needed to call me at my place of employment- she refused to remove the number. I’ve worked collections before and there is absolutely no reason for any collector to be this rude.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This company keeps calling me, letting barely connect to my line, and then hang up. Twice now, I’ve had the phone in my hand and couldn’t even press the answer button fast enough to connect the call. They leave no voicemails. The unprofessionalism of this “company” is so horrendous I feel bad for those that work for them.

Meade and Associates called telling me I needed to pay my hospital bill. I said I had paid in full. Their associate got rude and repeated that I needed to pay my bill. I said she needed to contact the hospital who contracted her firm. She told me she would ruin my credit score and hung up. I contacted the billing department of the hospital who said my bill was paid in full. The billing clerk called Meade and they hung up on her! Meade is unprofessional.

I received a missed call. When I called back, **** answered the phone she spoke so quickly & mumbled, I couldn't understand who she said she was representing. When she clarified who she was I said I didn't recognize the business, maybe it was the wrong number. She immediately became **** and said, "Well, if you let me talk, but you won't so have a nice day". I was thinking what on earth? So I called back thinking her supervisor needs to be made aware maybe she needs to go home for the day. I called back and they picked up the phone and hung it up immediately. Then I called 2 more times and another woman answered and spoke to me like such a smart a** and I asked her to not speak to me this way, she wouldn't identify herself but then when she finally told me why they were calling (shouldn't you identify what type of agency this is first so I could understand why they tried to contact me?) I said, owe I had cleared that debt. She scoffed, very obviously and asked me if I had proof, rattled on so quickly she sounded almost manic. Disturbed by both women's behavior and treatment of me I just said I would call the place myself and clear it up. What a bunch of nutty women and UNPROFESSIONAL. I have never dealt with this kind of unprofessionalism in my life. How can they collect debt when they are hanging up on people and treating them so terribly?

This **** collector kept contacting me after my chapter 7 bankruptcy had been discharged. My lawyer had to send them a letter.

These people keep calling my phone. I never actually talk to them because when I answer they immediately put me on hold. My issue, however, is that when they call and leave messages they state on the voicemail that they are calling for me, stating my first and last name. They also state on the voicemail that they are debt collectors calling to collect a debt. This is a direct violation of the ****** If they had the wrong phone number they would be leaving messages on someones voicemail and giving them personal information about myself. In short, they are breaking the law with their practices.

Terrible service...they are not nice, and not willing to work with you. The owner Rod and ***** Meade mistreat their employees. ***** is never in the office...always in *******. Rod runs company basically on his own.. The head floor supervisor, **** is an *******, and treats no one with respect. He is very condescending, stubborn, bullheaded, doesn't care about employees health, even though he so called works on behalf of the health care providers as collections for them. There is a worker named ***** who is strung out on drugs and the Meades and **** treat her like a God. Just ask ******* son, **** who so called works for the company, if he wasn't doing drugs one night at a bar, and ***** decided to take the charge for him(which at the time she was a bartender). The company doesn't truly care about its employees...only hiding all their dirty secrets. Just like their sister ***** works there but takes every Thursday off to get her hair done. If I was a company I definitely would not use them for collections

They called me out of the blue and asked for my birthday. I countered by asking about the company but the guy on the phone said he couldn't tell me anything until I "confirmed" my birthday. I refused and asked him once again about Meade and Associates. He then said "well if you're not going to tell me anything then I'm just going to move on". I said go ahead and he hung up. He was rude and the business is fishy.

All I can say is ************************** I had a complicated situation and she handled it very well and she was understanding and gave me great feed back. She been at the company for a minute and she just have positive vibes and wasnt hard at all to talk unlike these other collection people. I never wrote a review before for someone in collections lol but talking to ******** I felt at home and just wanted to let her know that I truly appreciate her help. M&A give her a raise or something!
