Reservations require payment unless cancelled 72 hours prior to event
You must notify the Knox County Chamber of Commerce at least three working days before the event to be eligible for a credit. No refunds will be given for late cancellations or no-shows. If you cannot attend, you may send an alternate from your organization at no additional charge.
We reserve the right to cancel an event due to unforeseeable circumstances.
Payment for membership investments for the Knox County Chamber of Commerce is due at the time of application or at the beginning of the year. No refunds are issued for memberships.
No refunds are available once an advertisement placement is scheduled.
