              I was having a paint recall done on my Hyundai and they scheduled an appointment with my and told me they would give me a rental and I drove all the way there and they said they had to charge my card $50 for the rental they are supposed to pay for and I had to leave. I called again to talk to someone higher up and the person told me the same thing. I was never told about it when I made the appointment.

              Ran my credit without me even finding a car there that I was interested in. I did a pre-qual on cars.com, but never asked to them to run a hard inquiry when I haven’t even found a car yet. 1st they brought us a car that I didn’t ask for, then I was also told that I could not used custom finance loans (3rd party loans) on their cars that were on the lot for a long time that were marked way down because they would lose money. That’s the only reason I was there was because of that particular car with that particular price! Should have told me so I could have saved a trip. And save a hard inquiry apparently. Then when searching for cars on the lot, salesman did not listen to the specific options that I required, and then had me test drive a car that I ended up liking and then told me the payment was going to be $150 more than what I told him my max budget was! Poor customer service. Even if I find another car that I like that ends up being at that car lot, I will pass and keep looking else, saving myself the headache.
