    I chose to take my car to Precise Collision and Glass on October 23rd, 2023. They told me it would be 3 weeks. My insurance issued their first estimate for $3,466.84. After Precise had my car, found more damage and issued a supplemental estimate of $3,680.51 to which my insurance agreed to pay. Both estimates were for NEW parts to be installed as written out on both documents. On November 15th, I asked for another update on my car. They asked if I could pick it up Friday November 17th. On Friday they asked if I could come Monday the 20th. I came on the 20th around 5pm. It was dark outside so I couldn't see anything wrong & nobody walked over the car with me. The next morning I looked at my car and saw a bunch of mistakes. There was a Lyft ridesharing sticker inside the back window of my car, with adhesive stuck on the outside back window. My left exhaust pipe is sticking out at least an inch longer than the right. It should read "AWD" not "RMD". The liftgate rear glass isn't flush with the frame. My weather seal was sliced at the bottom. The bolts were completely stripped. The bumper is hardly hanging on by just one bracket instead of two. I took it back to the shop later that morning & spoke with the owner ***. He told me the previous manager ordered all used parts, he was embarrassed, and promised to make it right. He said he'd order the parts and get back with me. I called November 29th because I hadn't heard anything, and ******* told me the parts should be there Monday. I got a call shortly after saying it wouldn't be until the middle of January now till the parts came in. She hung up on me when I started voicing my frustrations. I called back twice, asked to speak to ***, and she said he was busy and would have him call me. I still haven't heard anything. This is insurance fraud as my parts shouldn't have been ordered used ever, and very unethical, poor business to give my car back in this condition with no resolution till another month and a half at best.

    Back in 2016 I got into an accident and went to this shop to do work because the reviews were good. FIVE years later their work started to show, but luckily I remember they guaranteed life time warranty. I was in the middle of moving and didnt have the paperwork, I called the shop multiple times to see if they can repair the work they did because my back passenger door started to rust. Got a few quotes from other shopping ops and was told it was because of who did the original work. ******, person who sit in the front right hand side when you got in was rude and very unhelpful. I am in the customer service field so to me I just thought wouldnt you want to go above and beyond? Long story short after some digging because they couldnt find my record, I found the claim number this was processed under. Due to the warranty, the shop repaired the door, BUT did even more damage to the chrome part of my ****** Murano that never had damaged before when picked up. When asked the owner, ***, to step outside to review his work with me (the customer), he refused! Who does this? The shop couldnt even provide me with a summary of the work completed. On top of this, when told I would get a rental car, I didnt. ****** did not set it up like she said she would. Overall experience was poor and so not satisfied. *** told me to never return back, but he better fix any other damage that occurs because of his poor work and warranty. If they were so good, I wouldnt have had to return back for repairs
