I am overwhelmed with the lack of professionalism and total disregard for my living environment. Once I moved in, cleaned and unpacked my belongings, I discovered bedbugs! I immediately reported the findings to the leasing office. They disregarded my claims over the phone several times. Once I sent documentation via email to their office, they sent out their own pest control team to spray within the unit. They came out three times to spray. Each time was unsuccessful. The office then (after I threatened to call the city) scheduled that a heat treatment be done. Needless to say, failed! After the treatment was done, I sent photos and videos of active bedbugs to them. They claimed because I took my clothes to the laundromat nearby, that I violated the lease by not following the pest control instructions. That is false because nowhere in the instructions does it state, I have to keep my clothes inside the unit. Because I told them I will call the city, they retaliated by issuing a falsified violation to me. I have been living in this unit extremely unhappy. There are gaps in the doors and windows that are causing excessive wind and scary bugs into this place. My heat bill is very high because I have to keep the heat running 24/7 due to all the wind blowing through the gaps. Spiders, worms, ants, grasshoppers and roaches come in often. There is paint chipping off the walls. Which are causing me sever headaches (lead). The maintenance guy came in and started hitting the furnace which made the heat turn off. I immediately reported this to the leasing office. I slept overnight as cold as a popsicle. He came the next morning and hit the furnace again. Which made the heat come back on. He said next time I should just hit the furnace to activate the heat. The closest doors keep running off track. The tub and sinks are not draining properly. Causing water to stand in the tub/sink. I’ve had to spend nights at family houses, rented hotel rooms and have slept inside my truck. RUN
