            My family and I have never experienced such blatant disrespect and discrimination from a company than this place.I asked one employees, why did the **** increase. (Simple question). *** Landaker comes storming out of his office and *** SLAMS a paper down to another customer. His employees told him it was not him but it was me. So he continue his rage and stated it was some simple tax credit to me. He also stated that YOUR FAMILY PROBABLY WOULDNT EVEN UNDERSTAND IT Due to our accent.Theres plenty of smart and friendly around the area, please avoid this place racist place.

            I am really sorry for the disrespect you felt at our company. We have enjoyed your family over the years. I am sorry I was not able to help your family myself. I was running out of time until the deadline and had to ask others to help with finishing my clients. It has been a very challenging couple years with all the pandemic related payments and changes in the tax code. It is no excuse to be rude but after 2 1/2 months of working 7 days a week for 10 - 12 hours a day I think we can get frustrated to quickly. Again, I sincerely apologize for your experience at our office and wish you and your family well.
