              I am a student and I rented with L'Heureux for a year while I was in a college. They are nothing but phenomenal people to do business with. All college properties are going to have some sort of problem at some point, and we had very few. However, even when we did have any sort of issues, they would be happy to send some of their very nice maintenance workers out to help us, always within 24 hours (but usually less). College renting sucks, but to make it the easiest and most professional experience possible, choose L'Heureux properties.
