Problems with Product/Service

Complaint: Purchased windows from this company, which was installed incorrectedly the first time. Afte much discussion and long wait of 6 weeks, they came to reinstall these 8 windows in question. However, the reinstallation is still not done correctly, and these windows are still leaking when raining. The vendor has not responded with request for repair to correct the problem, even after I had agreed that if testing on site shows the leak is not due to their installation problem, I will pay for the labot cost of their service technician at the going rate. They have cancelled the original schedule date, and have not provided another date even after repeated requested. Since the windows ar leaking water and causing further damage to the house, I have no choice but to find 3rd party contractor to fix the problem ASAP. Testing has been performed based on suggestion by the window manufacturer to show the installation is not correct.
Desired Settlement: Vendor to refund the out of pocket expenses for the 3rd party repair and any damage done to the sturcture of the house. All related repair such as drywall and paint should also be covered. If further litigation is necessary, legal expenses should be added to the total as well.
BBB's Final Determination: Consumer accepted resolution offered by the business.
