Complaint: Inaccurate order taken, repeated multiple times, missing food items, failure to comp for extended time and missing items. placed a pickup order, was told it would be ready in 35 minutes. Got to the store approx 45 minutes after order was placed and it was not ready. Staff said they tried to call me but I didn't answer the phone. I never gave them my phone number so it would be impossible to "call me". They were out of bread, we compromised on the order and was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. about 5 minutes later, hostess "confirmed" my order, said it would be 5 more minutes. Came back and confirmed the order to be inaccurate, again, and would be another 5 minutes. The manager approched me and proceded to tell me not to expect this kind of change in the order in the future, before I could even say anything. When I told her that I was aware of the special exception (replacing a roll instead of white bread)she proceeded to say "well i am just telling you so you know for the future". At this point I was ready to leave without my order after that statement, but then they did bring out the food. There was no discount, I paid for the total. Got to the office (an hour later), the food was cold and we were missing items. Called to complain, the manager was not willing to comp for time or poor service. While waiting for a manager, the hostess was overheard telling the manager, she's the one with the BLT's. She also did not address me by name but kept referring to me as the lady with the BLT's.
Desired Settlement: refund of money for 2 BLT platters, plate of fries and itallian sub
