Complaint: This was terrible! We ordered 3 different entrees, all came with soup and salad. I was told it would be ready for take out in 25-30 minutes. We killed about 45 minutes in the pet store next door. I went inside to pick up the food and it was not ready. I had to wait another 30 minutes until it was done. I carried the food to the car and went back in to order dessert. I asked them if it was something they could put together quickly so I could leave since I already had the food. I waited another 30 minutes, and after already having paid for it, I couldn't leave. I waited an hour in the restaurant and held off for 45 minutes even before I went in!After all this time waiting, I finally went home to find that the soup was flavorless, the salads were plain and unwashed iceberg lettuce. The only decent food was the entrees, and after ordering one without mushrooms, as our niece doesn't like them, there were still mushrooms all over it.The food was expensive, very nearly flavorless, the staff was EXTREMELY rude, and waiting nearly 2 hours....this was HORRIBLE AND I WON'T GO BACK!!!!My husband was arguing with the waitress after she kept insisting that we bring the food back in and "forget the whole thing", instead of taking care of the customer, and then she followed my husband to our car and insisted on writing our license plate number down. During this, she was still incredibly rude, and called my husband an "*******." Before this, I was holding her pen to sign the receipt. She snatched the pen from my hand and made her way outside to the car, leaving me standing there with no answers and I was left for 10 minutes wondereing what was going on. The waitress came back in and stalked off toward the rear of the restaurant, with no words to me. I had no clue what was going on and finally my husband called my cell phone and insisted that I return to the car so we could leave.

Desired Settlement: $70.00 (This was $50 for the food-entrees, and $20 for the desserts)
