              I went to make a purchase through the drive thru at this Wendy's location. I paid using my cash app card. A very rude manager said my transaction didn't go through. I showed the lady my account showing the transaction had went through and the money had been taken out my account. She said she didn't believe me and not only took my money but also never gave me my food. I literally showed her my transaction statement and that still wasn't enough. Sad part is I was sick due to me having cancer and I didn't have the energy to cook for my kids so I decided to grab some Wendy's. They took my money which was the last I had at the time and I was unable to get the food for my kids.

              Sat in drive thru for 35 minutes with only 2 people in front of me after 730p. They took my order, didn’t reply my total back, I waited patiently for a few minutes before moving up to the window, I sat there and I never saw anyone in view of the window for 10-15 minutes as I waited patiently. I tried calling and no one even answered the phone. They could have at least acknowledged me and let me know the situation as I waited so patiently in line for that long. I believe the same thing happened to the person who was in front of me at the time. They weren’t taking any more orders behind me as people were just driving past me as I sat at the window. Very disappointed.
