Complaint: I was laughed at and cussed and called a punk after i asked to speak to a manager to resolve to wrong order issue. 03/08/2014

Desired Settlement: I would like the gentleman order taker and the manager on duty to be reprimanded and possibly the loss of employment i felt disrespected and downgraded by all this and i don't think I'm the only customer that has been treated like this by there employees i feel like there needs something to be done about this situation soon

Business Response: My name is ******* *****, owner.  I had an employee call me about a gentleman that called in.  He made a threat to come in and beat the person he was talking to on the phone.  No cussing was started until I believe the patron started.  I told my employee if he showed up to call the police.  I understand my employee may have called him a punk after the verbal abuse he took over the phone.  The whole incident was about a ranch dressing.  I told my employee that he should of forwarded the call to me or just hung up till the gentleman could get himself under control.  We do not like confrontation and do not want our employees calling any one names.  This message was sent to me three times.  We offered to send the ranch dressing to him.  We have handled our end of the complaint with our employee.

BBB's Final Determination: Business offered a resolution. Consumer did not pursue further with BBB and the matter was assumed to be resolved
