Additional NotesComplaint: I have told these people repeatedly to stop calling here, that we are not interested, but yet the phone calls continue. I have spoke with several managers who tell me they will stop calling, but yet I get at least 2 phone calls a week. Desired Settlement: For the phone calls to stop Business Response: Thank you for contacting Integrys Energy Services!!! . We apologize for the inconvenience. We have placed the following numbers on our Do Not Call List: • ###-###-#### If there are other numbers associated with this residence or business please provide them so that I can add them to the list as well. We apologize for the inconvenience. BBB's Final Determination: Business offered a resolution. Consumer did not pursue further with BBB and the matter was assumed to be resolved |
