Additional Notes

Complaint: I have a Bryant A90 installed in 2008 in a new home. I've had to have it serviced three times in the three years I've had it. The last time involved the motor burning out. I called Arrow, as I was told this was under warranty. They're unwilling to come out and take a look. Service tech kept disconnecting from me during the phone call. After three attempts at talking to him, I tried calling Arrow again. Woman who took the call didn't even know how to spell Bryant, told me a service tech would call back. None ever did.So I have an under warranty part I'm trying to get replaced, but nobody at Arrow seems interested in helping out (even though, again, part is under warranty per the first individual I spoke to at Arrow).

Desired Settlement: If a part / service is under warranty, and it breaks, a company should replace it. This isn't as complicated as Arrow is making it. This should be a quick thing......

Business Response:

I am going to have the records pulled for this address and find out what is going on.  I have a feeling the homeowner was speaking with our answering after hours service.  I am wondering if we ever got the message to call the homeowner?
Warranties are 5 year parts and one year labor on the installations so yes the part itself would be under warranty.
