10/21/2013 I have been treated very fairly by the Manchester Group. I mistakenly thought that I did nor have coverage on my water lines so I payed the bill myself and three weeks later I realized that I did indeed have coverage. The Manchester Group agreed to reimburse me even though I did not call them when the break happened. I am extremely grateful and was treated with kindness each time I called.
This customer had a POSITIVE experience with this business.
This customer WOULD recommend the business to a friend, family member, neighbor or colleague.
