Complaint: I took my vehicle to this company in early November for front brakes. A day after having the repair which included rotors and pads the brakes began to squeak loudly which they had not done prior to the repair. I took the car in three times to have the issue resolved. I was told the first time it was a bolt that was not tight. The next few times they said bring it back and they'd fix it, no detail of the repair. I called and asked them to provide me with an invoice for the repair attempts and i've not received anything. Today my brakes are still squeaking. If they can't fix the squeak i'd like a refund.

Desired Settlement: Refund or replace the entire brake hardware with new parts and repeat the repair process.

Business Response: Customer was contacted on Friday, Dec. 26 by telephone and asked to call us in regards to her brakes issue.  As of today we have not received an answer, but customer may be out of town for the holidays. The brakes themselves are under warranty, and we are more than happy to completely replace brakes with NEW parts at no charge to her. Customer just needs to contact us for an appointment so that we may take care of her.
