Complaint: I purchased a groupon last year about this time for $70 for 3 acupuncture treaments or massage treatments. I received 2 of the 3 but could never get ***** to call me back to reschule the last one. I called and left a message about 5 times back in April 2013. (614-546-7186) I just remembered I was due another one when I saw an advertisement on Groupon again. I have called twice in the last week and have left messages with ***** about scheduling my last session and nothing. Also, two times I arrived at my appointment and the massage therapist wasn't there for my appointment.
Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the $70 I paid for the services. Due to lack of customer service. In a professional business you don't go without calling someone back to schedule an appointment when they already paid.
BBB's Final Determination: Business failed to respond to the BBB to resolve or address the complaint issues.
