              Last winter, we had some issues with our furnace. We found Landry Mechanical online and contacted them to schedule a technician visit to troubleshoot. The technician came in last November and spent 1-2 hours checking the furnace. He didn't see anything particular that went wrong. He said that, according to his best knowledge, he suspected the blower motor needed to be replaced. The technician visit would cost $199, but if we accepted the repairs quote same day, the diagnose fee of $199 would be covered as part of the repairs fee. So we did that. The motor we needed was out of stock. We paid 60% of the total repairs fee, which was $434.96. About a month or two after, Landry contacted us and said the motor was in stock now. We scheduled another appointment in early 2023. Right around that time, we needed to travel and the furnace actually worked fine for the rest of the winter. We stopped have heating issues. So we called Landry and asked if we could postpone the installation of the motor to fall of 2023. They said YES. Their front-desk helped re-schedule the motor installation to October 27th. However, no one showed on up October 27th, 2023. We called to ask why and were told that the previous agreement has expired and what we have paid would not be refunded and we would need to start over again. To recap, we basically paid $434.96 to simply have a Landry technician come to diagnose the issue, which should have been $199. We called Landry 3 times to resolve this issue. Each time. we were told by front-desk that they needed to reach out to their store manager and their manager would give me a call-back. Another two months have passed, I NEVER received a call-back from Landry's store manager. This is ridiculous!!! We need our money back!

              They came and checked my mini split it was worst after they left . Had two technicians come first one was just ok Had a different one come twice still not satisfied on the check up they did I dont think they know anything about Mitsubishi
