    On September 13th, 2021 Precision Paving did a complete rip out and fresh two layer pave on my driveway. I paid $7,500 In cash and requested a receipt and never got one. The issue at hand is we now have water flowing into our garage every time that it rains. We now have a damaged support beam that has rust on it which has compromised the structure of our house. They did a temporary fix on October 5th which did not work, and quickly crumbled off. After many unanswered phone calls and emails, Precision came back on November 9th for a more permanent fix. This fix proved to not work on November 12th when our garage flooded once again (so bad that we got water in our mudroom). I emailed pictures and videos, and left a message on their voicemail. I then called the owners son and said that the garage was flooded. He said that he would be there the next morning (November 13th). This was a no call, no show. I then called him in the evening and asked why he did not come and he replied, "Why would I come to check it out, there is no water in your garage." This was a very hostile conversation and he was swearing at me often. He also blamed me and said that, "I was probably dumping water in my garage." I then sent him pictures of the flooding and he said that it is not their fault. He said that they did a perfect job. We have never had any water in our garage and now we have it in our garage every single storm. I had another paving company come out and look at it and they said that the only fix was to perform a complete tear out, and repave with the appropriate pitch to have water run away from the driveway. I have reached out to the company and requested a copy of their liability insurance multiple times, and they will not supply it to me. They said that they will not file a claim because their insurance will go up. With the winter months coming, we are running out of options. I worry that it has become a safety issue when water freezes and poses a fall risk in garage
