April 17 2021-James G proposed a full depth asphalt replacement of my driveway and provided his warranty paperwork..James seemed to be an honest, trustworthy contractor vs other paving contractors, but to the contrary. May 15, I personally delivered a check to James G. at his home at ************************************************************ to go ahead. May 25 2021-Driveway completed. May 29 2021-First Rain on the New Driveway created puddles across the front of the garage door & along its left side. I called Ace, (the office manager-his relative) indicated she would get the message to James and he would call me. I sent photos showing the water issue to his email address************************* (Never received any reply/callback)Finally, after many calls, James called indicating that the roller was parked too long on the driveway, at the garage entrance and sat there too long. James told me he was going to get (RENT) an asphalt infrared asphalt heater that would correct the dips. Neither James nor the heater ever showed up. Rain & Winter comes, water freezes in front of my garage-a safety issue. Having reached out multiple times to only speak to the office manager who continues to promise to give James the message to call me but these have been ignored. May 2022, I called Ace regarding Warranty issues stating that "Ace would come back in one year and be resealed by the professionals OF Ace or the warranty would be void". Contacted Ace, spoke to the Office Manager again no return calls. Finally, after multiple calls from me, she says that, "You have to get another company to do the reseal since we are short handed". This is in DIRECT VIOLATION OF HIS CONTRACT..Here it's 2023 and ACE is still out there paving driveways in the the area, No one at Ace seems to care. There appears multiple complaints about Ace / James G  have fallen on deaf ears with NO RESOLUTIONS. Please assist me in getting my driveway corrected. and regain my trust in the BBB. Sincerely
