            Quoted me for chimney liner installation on 11/23/2021. Paid by check 11/23/2021 so he could order material. $1,800 total for material and labor. Liner could not be completed until my gas boiler was completed in 2023. Stayed in contact over the years and he was responsive. When it came time to install my liner in 8/2023 he came up with multiple excuses that he could not schedule, then it was family health issues, then it was his health issues, then it was ok i'll give you a refund, then it was i'll drop of the check, then it was my wife will mail it out, here we are in February 2024. Still no refund but he is still responsive. I told him he could pay it back in small amounts, still nothing. I told him he could give me the liner that i already paid for and he did not have that either.

            **** seemed liked a good guy, had some brick work done on a chimney last yr. during the summer. It took about a week, I feel it could have been sooner if there were more than 1 worker doing the bricks. The only time I saw **** was when he dropped off equipment and previous picture taking of the job. This is a seasonal property so I personally wasn't there BUT my cameras were ON. The work looked good, replaced loose facing bricks and replaced the corner of the chimney up the shoulder. Less than a year (April of 2022), sent him pictures of the issues. Contacted **** Kennedy voicemail box full, texted him with the issues. A response a couple of days later after sending him pics, and responded h*** get on it, no sign or phone call. A month later I texted again and a excuse of lost my contact along with a dozen others. Re-sent him pictures and no phone call received nor a person to look at the bricks. Im out a couple thousand$ and a brick person to call on for future work. Just own up to it or at least apologize for the work.
