            This place is a joke! No service after the sale. I purchased a jeep from this place and discovered a vibration in the drivetrain the day after. They brought it to an outside mechanic because their in-house mechanic "suddenly developed" covid as soon as I mentioned a problem. That mechanic found "no issues" in the drivetrain but did notice the vibration. Choice auto told me all the jeeps have some sort of vibration, just their nature. They told me to keep driving it for further diagnosis, hoping i would drive it long enough to go out of warranty.

            I brought it to a Jeep dealership and a transmission shop and they both told me it was a bad driveshaft. I had the driveshaft replaced and, bingo, the vibration was gone. i brought the reciepts to Choice Auto to get at least partially reimbursed and they told me I made the reciepts up on a home computer! I could go on and on but I just want to get my point across. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CHOICE AUTO CENTER. You will get *******! Oh, one more thing, I brought a vehicle to trade and the told me if they were able to resell it they would give me $1000 for it but they couldnt resell it because of the unknown mileage. they offered me $500 instead. I trusted them so I took their offer. A week later, there it was on their website with a price tag of $2991! This place will screw you just like they screwed me and my 18 year old daughter for whom we purchased the jeep for.

            In 26 years in this business, I have not "EVER" met a customer like this customer to dictate and request everything ONLY his way or else. He drove this Jeep prior to purchase and found nothing wrong hence why he purchased it. Once he took ownership, He started to complain about the transmission having a shake and he wants to take it to the Jeep dealership. The vehicle had over 125,000 miles and per the state of Massachusetts we provide an inspection sticker warranty only which the customer took it to inspection himself. We mentioned that the warranty although it passed the state inspection was from us and we will be glad to address his concern even after the warranty period.

            Unfortunately, our technician had a very serious battle with Covid-19 and it was not suddenly developed as this gentleman claims as we used it for an excuse. We have text proof with his phone number in it that we told him to bring the Jeep in and we would take care of the issue. We said it multiple times to him and he stated that he did not trust us. We even had a Jeep repair facility look at the Jeep at our expense and found no issues at that time (receipt proof) since our shop was closed due to covid. We told him if you want our help our mechanic shop is available to him and we will take care of the issue free of charge. He declined our offer, Took the vehicle elsewhere and demanded that we pay him based upon a piece of paper in his hand.

            We told him numerous times that we will take care of it with text proof! He refused our mechanical help even after the warranty and then comes here demanding payment without even brining the Jeep in for us to verify anything 2 months later. On his way out of our lot we have him on camera vandalizing one of our vehicles as well. So it shows you that this gentleman keys one of our vehicles on his way out when something does not go his way. There is no mediation with a one sided person who asks for help and is offered the help and he does not want the help he only wants the money.

            We have complete text proof that help was offered. We even have text proof that this guy keyed our car on his way out. His actions are childish, immature and inhumane. When someone offers you help and you refuse it then why offer any help at all? What more can we do than offer the helping hand? It is easy to point fingers and blame the dealer for everything when the dealer does not offer the help. But the help was offered and we do not tolerate bullies who demand things to be their way and only their way. We spoke to him on the phone and also stated to bring the vehicle in as well, After the phone call we never heard back from him until he came in person demanding money and slandering of the business if he is not paid. What does this tell you?
