    In May 2023, I bought four (4) ******* tires that were part of an advertised tire rebate program. With the purchase of the four (4) tires and the submitted online application, I was to receive $120 rebate from BMW of West Springfield. Months go by and nothing.  Pedro in service and the GM Ashley. No one had the courtesy to return the calls. I emailed (twice) the owners Chip and Johnathan G******, never heard back from them and the GM Ashley, see emails attached. Ashley states to trust her that she will respond. This dealership is dodging their responsibilities for an advertised tire rebate program and receive a zero (0) in customer service for the lack of response.

    I purchased a 2018 *** on April 12th 2022. Last week (only 2 months after purchasing the vehicle) I got a warning that my front and rear breaks need to be replaced! My car was still under the factory warranty so I brought the car in to have the brakes repaired, assuming they would be covered. I was told they were not covered under the warranty and was informed by the Sales Manager *** ***** that I would be responsible for the **** that was estimated at $1,500. ***** would not budge or even negotiate on the repair, saying it was my responsibility. He was callous, indifferent and and completely unresponsive to the fact that I had just purchased this vehicle 2 months prior. I told him I would have no other choice but to take this to small claims, which he replied, "go ahead." ( Terrible communication and customer service from a Sales Manager no less) This same day I brought my vehicle to a shop that services ***'s. The mechanic said the front brakes had to be at least 50% or less when I purchased the car and the brakes should have absolutely been replaced before selling this car to me. I am having this new dealership replace the brakes and will be taking this to small claims because as I suspected, BMW of West Springfield, sold me a car with brakes that should have been replaced and were subpar. In closing, I took the word of this dealership that my car was thoroughly inspected and in great condition. Had I been told that I would need new brakes within a couple of months, I would have never have purchased this car. Therefore, I feel I was taken advantage of to the point of defrauded.
