Better Business Bureau (BBB) serving Central, Coastal, Southwest Texas and the Permian Basin is proud to announce the 2014 winners for the annual BBB Torch Awards for Marketplace Ethics. The BBB Torch Awards for Marketplace Ethics recognizes exemplary companies that strive to go above and beyond in their dealings with customers, employees,vendors and their community.
The 2014 BBB Torch Award winners are:

Sullivan Physical Therapy (Austin, TX)

Category III (50-99 employees):
Square Cow Moovers (Austin, TX)

More than two dozen businesses competed in this year’s BBB Torch Awards for Marketplace Ethics. The five winners were decided on by judges with various backgrounds, including a television news anchor in Austin (Tyler Sieswerda, KVUE-TV), a business professor from Texas State University (Dr. Omar Lopez,professor in the Occupational, Workforce, and Leadership Studies Department with Texas State University’s Round Rock campus) and a retired Central Texas business leader (Leroy Wormley, retired IBM executive).
BBB presents the Torch Awards for Marketplace Ethics each year to companies that exemplify ethical behavior and display integrity in all aspects of their operations.The Torch Awards competition is open to all for-profit businesses on an annual basis with physical locations in our 79-county service area. Nominees are offered the opportunity to submit an entry to BBB, where a panel of independent volunteer business and community leaders review the entries and choose the winners based on a set of criteria.
