      I saw a pair of boots I wanted to buy on their web-site and checked the size that I needed. The web-site did not flag my selection as sold out or unavailable. However, the site did say to call for availability which I did every day for 1-1/2 weeks. I left messages because they never answered the phone and never returned my calls. Finally I decided to go ahead and make the purchase on-line w/my credit card because if you can purchase it, then it must be available. after a reasonable amount of time I inquired by email using the purchase order # I was assigned as to if it was available and when it would ship. I spoke with ************************* and after several emails back and forth was able to get her to admit they did not have it. This info was very difficult to get. It took 2 days to get her to admit that. When I found that out, I cancelled the order. Now I have the problem of getting them to release the hold for $579.99 on my credit card. It appears they don't intend to do that. I have never run into such a problem as this where a company is so dis-respectful of a customers time and money.

      I do not have any orders under the name **************We do have several customers that have custom hat orders with us through ******************** and when ever they originally ordered the hat, we let customers know right up front that these are custom hat orders and because of the shortages of raw materials worldwide that their custom orders may be delayed. We also let each and every customer know up front that these orders may take longer than expected and that if they did start the process of ordering their custom hats that they could not cancel their order because again, it is a custom order hat and that it will ship as soon as it is completed. We have been in business for over 42 years and we place many custom hat orders and we always let customers know that once the order is placed that it cannot be cancelled. Also, we do return all calls and emails if customer try to reach us during non business hours.We have a toll free phone number plus have two retail stores.Please note, ********** nor Amazon can place custom hat orders, there are only a few companies that offer these services.We apologize for the inconvenience and delay but please know, custom orders will ship as soon as they are complete.
