We are sorry that your experiance was not what you were expecting. After the inital install, we replaced the softener tank assembly with new media, after you let us know that the water did not feel the same. We asked that you bypass the system try the water without the softener, then turn it back on and regenerate the system to see if you could tell a difference in the water. You should have noticed a difference. It may not have been as silky as you wanted but you should have felt soft water.
We have responded each time you have called or left a message. We have not ignored you, we have listened to you. We just cannot seem to make you happy with our products. As a result, we are removing the system and refunding your money.
We hope you find a softener system you can be happy with.
I understand that you are frustrated that the water is not a silky as you expected. When we test your water after the softener it test 0 to 1 grains hard. You have soft water, just not the soft water you were wanting.
