      I was sold this car that the dealer knew was a lemon.i called and requested my money back and the dealer refused told me I was giving him a headache. So I mentioned the ***** lemon law and he states there is not a lemon law. I then threatened to call the bbb and *** him and he states go ahead. All the details the guy told me about the car were lies. The car cut off before I drove off the lot and the dealer is refusing to give me my money back.

      To begin with I'm sorry you're feeling this way You did on your Own decision what you made it to purchase the vehicle AS IS even I offer you extended warranty which is you avoid that and you said you don't need it same time when you purchase this vehicle once before you pay for the vehicle second after you pay for vehicle you did test drive it I did go above and beyond to complete and satisfy you for many other things after the fact day after you come in and you told us you are need to have a third row seat in the car which is I didn't even want to get involved as a good hard person I drove all the way to ****** and spend it complete my day up to 8:00 Pm at the night to find the particular same looking third row seat for the vehicle plus buying a seat belt plus and cover for the seat well to make sure it's matched for your need and I told you you need to pay for just the part I'll put it in for you free of charge and I did that and then you ask me for a title to register it on the lien holder to a receiving in my facility so I can hand it to you because you don't trust your mailbox and I did that and I do the step to a step go file a guideline to make sure everything you needed is complete but again you bought this car As is there is no check engine light on this vehicle pass inspection fully and you already informed to make sure do the tune-up for later on that's why we reduce the price and I mentioned to you there is no money refundable as a beginning before you paid any money and after you paid on the paper and then stick it on the wall and I mentioned the All deal is the final and there is no fund!!! 10 day later you called me the time I'm really really busy and it's starting fussing and screaming and all kind of stuff and trying to teach us lemon law !!!! Which is we are not manufactured of this vehicle we sold the vehicle as is what it is and you accept the condition when you pick it up and you have a position of it over 10 days then you bring the car back And asking for the refund which is already told you there is no refund we already discussed as the day one before sales and after sales then you put or whoever did from your family or kids a straw on the pitfin in the windows roller cause the broken windows regulator which was functioning as the day one I don't have no responsibility even as a good heart again I said that's fine I'll go ahead into order for you and I can replace it but honest with you I think I've been getting to this situation with taking care of you more than what's supposed to be due to the respect the family member Mis *** and Mr ********************* because they are very good our friend I'm sorry next time make sure when you purchase the vehicle either by the extended warranty or take a look at it before you pick it up vehicle functionality on this car I sold you is perfectly okay except minor cosmetic stuff which is you just wanted to get it free fixed which is we're not going to happen with me I did go above and beyond to make you satisfied this comment already been made it to the better Business bureau I'll bring it to your attention I left you the message I'll contact you several times and I send you the messages and you avoid to responding back however I'm sorry again and , Also one thing about maybe you can remember that last conversation I have with you you was on the ********** drive-thru and you're trying to get your refund from them due to the chicken and food you are was eating you said the taste like Something which is to me you just trying to get everything free trust me with this hard day every business owner go through we trying to make peace and puzzle to make everybody satisfied and I hope and I wish for you one day you become in a small business owner then you can feel where we coming from !! Again don't hesitate to contact office and spoke with me to resolved in the better way you have a great day
