    They charged me $300 dollar and my vehicle still messing up, they didnt give me a receipt and they made me wait 6 hours to change 1 sensor they put wrong, I went a Monday and Thursday I have the same problem with my vehicle, they would also get mad every time I would ask for an update because like I said they made me wait 6 hours to just change a sensor they put wrong.I would see people getting in and out and myself there waiting for 6 hours. Its not worth it going there at all.

    The reason we did not give him a receipt for the second visit was because we did not charge him for the warranty issue. We only give receipts when there is a transaction taking place. The first time the customer dropped off the vehicle, he requested all 4 Oxygen sensors be replaced. For the record we did not diagnose the vehicle we only did as instructed. I assumed he was told else where it would fix his car issues. He came back at a later date telling us it did not fix the problem and asked if we had any idea of what the problem would be. He even threw out suggestions of parts that might needed to be replaced since he clearly had no idea what the problem was. I advised him if he wanted to have the vehicle checked out we could but we recommended to drop it off because diagnostics could be time consuming. He told me he did not have a ride and had to wait. Once the car was checked out several hours later the diagnostic technician informed me that one oxygen sensor was not reading and that it could have been faulty. So we ordered the part from Oreilly and since it was under warranty there was no fee. The customer was shown the part so for him to claim it was installed wrong makes no sense. He came back at a later date claiming the car was still not running right and we told him we could check the car at a later date and I can understand his frustration for spending money and not having the car running properly, but unfortunately for him, we did not suggest to have all 4 Oxygen sensors replaced. We only do what the customer requests. We did find a faulty one but that was still not the issue. Diagnostics are very time consuming and with us only having one tech that knows how to use the computer it takes even longer. As far as getting updates, the service advisor only gives updates when there is information to be given, but if they havent been informed anything by the mechanic then there is nothing to be said. He is correct that people came and left but every mechanic has their own specialty and what ********************* required was from our diagnostic tech. I reached out to ******************** today. I do hope it helped clarify things.
