Completely unsatisfied with the work. Not complete. No response back to rectify the situation. We took a day off from work to have said work done. Did not come out and did not give a date to complete. No receipts or invoice for the deposit of $1250 that was given to begin the work.

we visited with gary p**** to dicuss repairs on hallways and agreedto apply injectabond to keep his floor from comimg loose like the kitchen floor has done.no warranties were implied we suggested removal and reinstall new tile this was declined.kim p**** was never present at this meeting we have completed all work as quoted in hallway.in regard to kitchen floor we agreed that injectabond process would not work as tiles were popping loose from floor.it was suggested also that kitchen tile be removed.mr.p**** asked me to come back next day to discuss a plan of action with kim p****.i arrived the next day and kim p**** said she was not ready to tear out kitchen tile and reinstall new tile.kim p**** stated she just wanted to remove more loose tiles and reapply them.we informed kim p**** that tiles would break in this process and she had no spare tiles and could not get any more tile as this tile install was 25 to 30 years old.kim p**** said she wanted to patch it together even if tiles break she was going to put a carpit over it.tile & grout agreed to do as kim p**** requested and set a date for 4/15/2021.on 4/15/21 i received a call from my assistant that she had a personal emergency and could not make it to work.i immediately called gary p**** to let him know we would have to cancel our appointment as his project was a two person job.mr p**** immediately started yelling and and stated he did not care about our emergency and to find somebody else to help on project.i informed gary p**** that we do not hire people off the street to complete his project he continued to be very volatile.i informed gary p**** that this discussion was over and exited call.i put a call in to kim p**** that afternoon and left message for her to call me to dicuss issues.kim p**** responded by text but did not call until two days later.kim p**** did request that we return and do kitchen repair and tile & grout solutions declines kitchen project due to hostile and demanding attitude.
