Problems with Product/Service

Complaint: I had a leak on my Swimming Pool Pump Case and filed a claim through ******** **** ****** for repairs. This leak in the pump casing was NOT in the shaft seal bearing but on the exterior of the pump. When splitting the pump casing to repair/replace the housing the pump casing ran pool water into the electric motor assembly. Alamo Pool and Spa did nothing to remove the water from the electric motor at the time of dis-assembly. They just laid the motor on the pump foundation and left it there for 4 days while they took the pump casing back to their shop to repair/replace the housing. Alamo Pool and Spa returned four days to re-assemble the pump/motor and re-install them in the system, the motor was extremely loud when it restarted. I called ******** **** ****** to have Alamo Pool & Spa return to repair the now loud motor and when Alamo Pool & Spa returned they agreed it is loud however not loud enough that they thought ******** **** ****** would cover replacement. I called the owner/president of Alamo Pool and SPA back and he said it was not covered by ******** **** ******. I called ******** **** ****** and they told me they would not cover the damages caused or allegedly caused by the contractor they sent out to do the repairs. They said I would have to take it up with Alamo Pool and SPA. Alamo Pool and SPA says it is nothing they did, bearings go bad when they get wet and dry out. The bearings are sealed and not serviceable. When Alamo Pool and SPA came out to check the noise, they said it doesn't affect the pump, but reality is, they just listened to the noise, they did not check the amperage draw of the motor or the pump output to see if it did affect the pump.
Desired Settlement: My pump and motor were NOT noisy before Alamo Pool & Spa took them apart to repair them, so they should NOT be noisy now. I would like either my bearings replaced or the motor replaced. Their choice.
