              For the last year, we have tried to make dozens of calls to the company to fix an item they did not install correctly as well as fix a light that was under warranty. The company has laughed at my husband, hung up on us, mocked us, and ignored us. We absolutely believe they are blowing us off. The pool light needs to be fixed and the gvc electrical unit needs to be fixed per safety regulations.

              Little to no communication! No response to phone calls or emails! Upper management acts like they are too busy to deal with a paid in full unfinished pool. Excavation was June 2021! I want my pool leak fixed! My hot tub doesnt have a gas line! My relays arent set right! I feel as if the list goes on and on! Its not my fault that they have had so much staff change! I simply want a working pool in exchange for all the money that i paid them! Oh and a little communication would be great!
