            Claim for $3,029 was made due to a lost package that was clearly lost and never delivered per the *** document that was sent and a *** letter sent that the package was never located. Package was scanned in for shipment by ***. A claim was made due to it never being delivered. **** (husband of *****) requested a refund in which I told the a claim had to be made for it so he still hasnt been issued a refund as of yet for this lost package. I paid for the shipping insurance due to the value of this package. This was purchased for my challenger but not used due to me being told it would void my warranty. ************************* was a roommate I use to live with and no longer have contact with due to her stealing my car. Churchs Sales was just a random name I made up to me selling merchandise. It required me put in a company name when I made the account.

            Can't login for over two weeks now, support is nonexistent but they will for sure charge me at 12:00 AM sharp on the first of next month. As an actual shipping service always defaults to the most expensive carrier option and requires digging through the menu to send simple packages **** first class. Would not recommend. Will file a complaint if I can't get my money back for this month that they've charged me for where I could not log in or even reset my password because all attempts to log in result in an error screen with no functional links.
