I put my can(s) out always the night before if I need to have them picked up but on Mar 19 2024 my trash can was sitting out where I always park it and it was NOT picked up. This time I had a full can we I called the company for a solution. So, when I contacted the company their rude customer service lady told me that was my problem and that the driver stated that my can was not out front for them to service. Now you tell me that this driver knows everyone's can on his route and he can remember which ones were out and which ones were NOT? Any way she tells me that I need to prove my case to her and that they will not come to pick up my trash and that I will need to wait for the next service date. I spoke to others in the neighborhood and they too are not totally satisfied but they informed me that they were offered a credit to their account for the missed pick up, I was NOT offered anything other than them being rude. My account is always paid in full on time and most the time I always pay more to leave a credit on the account to make sure the company gets what is serviced but that is not what the company is doing for their customers providing that great service.
