            Please do not give him starter money that you will never see again.Tommy first asked for money to purchase materials and was given $2700.2 weeks later he returned with no materials and asked for the remaining project money.I told him "no" and that I was going to find another contractor. He became angry and left.2 weeks later I received a check for $2200 and a note stating that $500 was kept for the work he had completed which was NOTHING. He also knows that the customer has ZERO recourse. Small claims will enter a judgement against him but he won't pay it nor will the courts enforce the judgment. He's pretty knowledgeable about his rights and his ability to manipulate the system.Don't be his next SUCKER.Note: He's also been incarcerated before.

            Dear Sir,I am sorry that your still having problems understanding through our various conversations that You signed a contract stating that a $500.00 processing fee would apply if after the 3rd. Day, and Down check has been cashed,and materials have been ordered. That,that fee would be applied. I must admit why you did not go with me willing to paint your home and reroof it for the same money as one would pay for just a new roof alone! I have done Bigger jobs with less hassle and larger dollar value! Please Stop your Lies! GOOD DAY
