Complaint: I took my family, (wife, son, daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren) six of us total to this restaurant on Friday Nov 27 for dinner and to watch the River Walk Holiday Parade. We had an absolute terrible experience with the service and food. We made several complaints to Levi the Manager about the food and service and asked for a refund of the $307.42 we paid. That evening he said that our credit card would be getting a refund within a few days. Now, more than 10 days later and after several phone calls he said we would not be getting refund and lied to me today about what he said that evening. At first he said we would get the refund from the City because they cancelled the parade. Then he said that it should come from the caterer. After contacting the caterer (Joesfood), he said there would be no refund. We had a terrible experience at this restaurant and the food that was served and the service received in addition to the Holiday Parade being cancelled. I am very surprised by the lack of honesty and integrity this restaurant has and how they have shown poor customer service to me and my family.
Desired Settlement: Refund to credit card of $307.42 and an apology.
It was to my understanding that this matter had already been resolved. I spoke with Mr. *** **** personally and agreed that he should receive a complete refund. I am not sure why there is a delay, however I will do what I can to expedite this resolution.
