Theyre an incredible collection of people and family members that truly drive the company well above the average and beyond whatever other best you thought youve had service your RV before. Accommodating, genuinely wanting to do you good, skilled, knowledgeable, friendly to customers (like you were family) fair and reasonably priced. I had a MAJOR problem with our 5th wheel toy hauler. They came out and reviewed the issued and discussed repairs. Then before I got the unit into their shop, the CATASTROPHIC happened. This now turned into the BIGGEST issue possible, but with confidence and enthusiasm they tackled the job, 3 guys 3 days, and the result was a saved RV, built/rebuilt 100 times better than from the factory. Old school hard work combined with the high level commitment to making it right and making the customer happy, they had ************************, replaced and rebuilt the ******** with the friendly smile and awesomeness that you can imagine. These guys saved us too from a terrifying and crippling situation to one of peace and complete satisfaction. Plus, these guys are friendly and a hoot to talk with. I cant imagine having had a better experience I know it would have been many months at a regular RV service place, so I say with total satisfaction, these guys are the Bomb, and next time were in the Hill ******* I will definitely have them do something, anything that my rig might need, because I know they will do it better than anyone else can.
