I moved from **************************************************** in ******* *****, by Oct 22, 2022. I asked one more month to stay so I could clean the gutters and carpets, cause the company could not clean them until sept! When I called for the extension until Sept but II was told by a lady there that I didnt have to worry on cleaning those items because the Realty would take care of that and that I did not need to pay septembers rent.I had complsined about the living room carpets many times because they had been flooded many times for different reasons and that carpet was a shame! They never changed them! I had complaines about the laundry room doors hinges falling off many times snd the service man they sent by june 2022 said that those doors got wet on the bottom and the wood had inflated and got heavy and thats why the hinges were braking up, so he was going to inform the realtors that new doors were needed! I called many times but nothing was done! And now they charge me for new doors. I lived in that apt for 8 1/2 years and the kitchen csbinets were not new when I moved in,.In total they charged me ******** cents for damages done to the property, Septembers rent, Things they claim were *****, fir cleaning the gutters and that damned csrpet,and other expenses! My ******** $ deposit was kept and are charging me $1,100.80 cents more! I have lots of witnesses on how nice I left the apt, in 8 1/2 tgst apt was neger painted, my children painted it and we left it sharp clean! Please, help Me solve rhis problem. My dsughter, her husbsmd and my sister traveled from **** to help me move, and clean the the apt , so did a next door neighbor too! I moved cause a found a cleaner and more besutiful place to live in a community for over 55 years ! I didnt move earlier cause I was tskung care of my next door neighbor in *****, with goid nutrition, and she healed of many conditions! The realtors personnel had been good to me all the time I needed their help!
