            On Tuesday August 17th I got a call stating they were coming to my house for a mandatory inspection. It was 11:00 am and I was at work I told them that was no good and needed to reschedule and they proceeded to tell me they had confirmation by me to do so and that was false. I told them the following day would be better and I do have an 7:30-5:30 job but 4:00 would we manageable. Wednesday came and 4:30 rolled around and no one came so I called and they said theyd be there in 10 minutes. Then it was 5:15 still no one came and I called once again but now it was after hours and I told them Im not taking off work anymore that it would have to be scheduled on the weekend and asked if I had to call to reschedule or if someone would call me. They reassured me that someone would call me to reschedule. Saturday morning I got another call saying they were on their way for the inspection. I told them no for I did not once again schedule or approve of this. I was not home. I asked to speak to the manager and **** told me they werent there that they would pass on the message and have them contact me Monday. I still have not received any phone calls text messages or emails regarding any rescheduling or even an apology of how I had to miss work for them waisting my time and demanding I be home when they needed me to be home.

            I submitted a application for a house that is supposed to come available at the end of November and I submitted all proof of income and ***** emailed me and told me they couldn't accept my checks stubs from the company my truck that I own runs through so I sent them the owner of the companies email so they could send him a employment verification form so they did that the owner of the company fills it out and sends it back and yet again get told they can't accept that. I make 3 times the rent and they got the verification but they still refused it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND you will just be throwing away money if you own your own stuff and make your own money not working under people. Smh. Worst experience EVER!!! I originally applied for a house on ********* in ******* then had them transfer it to a house to come available at the end of November, I make just with my truck company alone after I pay everything I have to $4,000 it has on the check stub the name of the truck company and then under it it says check made out to ***************************** and where it shows my truck number it shows the name of the truck driver who drives the truck I own and got told they couldn't accept it because of that. Do not go to them smh this is the only place that have dealt with that doesn't read everything fully. That alone makes 3 times the rent they only require 2 times the rent and they also wanted to say they can't go forward with my application because I didn't show my proof of income from working at ********* no other company I have applied to has said anything about that all they need is proof i make 3 times the rent DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY. I do not recommend throwing your money away. If your starting up owning your own business they will deny you!!
