    Kevin Clark ******************* was managing a vacant property. We received an electrical bill for $612.04 for September 19 to October 17, 2023. I called the property manager and I was advised that they would look into it. The following month we received a bill for $709.69. I called again to ask why the bill was so high and why the issue hadn't been investigated. A reason was not given and I terminated the contract since the company was in breach. We hired another company. In the meanwhile, Kevin Clark ******************* took the house off the rental market, removed the lockbox, and refuses to turnover the keys to the new property manager. The reason cited, "The final statement is pending the final utilities." In essence, nothing was done to address the excessive electric power usage and we'll be facing another huge electric bill, and we have no way to investigate since we do not have access. This behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. I would appreciate any assistance in obtaining release of the house keys. As a side note, I have changed the utilities under my name because I plan on initiating a power audit.

    DO NOT RENT. If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. This company is a disappointment. During the time I stayed there, I was treated poorly and they never returned my calls. When my ac went out, it was 100 degrees upstairs and 98 degrees downstairs. I had one dog and two cats. We had to leave until they fixed it which was not until a week later. Then they refused to prorate my rent or compensate me at all. I was told by some ignorant woman on the phone "well you didn't have to leave you could've stayed there and just turned the fan on." I'm sorry???? What??? that was the stupidest thing I have ever heard. I was furious. THEN when I left, I got a letter saying I was being charged over $3,000 in "damages". They took my entire deposit and tried to charge me more money. The paint I used on the walls was given to me by one of their maintenance workers, but since I didn't have any video proof, my claim was basically useless. Then they said they had NO RECORD OF A WATER LEAK. I have email proof that I spoke to the managers regarding it and you're telling me you guys failed to keep track of it? what a joke! When I included pictures of how I left the home, they then tried to say it wasn't clean and I didn't clean the appliances, toilets, sinks, etc. So now you guys are trying to say I didn't clean what I did not include in the photos. Makes sense right? They immediately sent it to collections. I got NO warning, NO notice, NO nothing. Oh and the stupid fines for not even a full 12 hours of our trash can being out. 125 dollars for a trash can fee?! absolutely pathetic. what about the people who worked overnight? what about the people who don't get off until the evening? let this be a warning and a ****** to NOT rent from this "company". They are the WORST company I have rented from. In my opinion, this company does not care for their tenants or their wellbeing. I feel like they just care about the money.
