      This business is charging $20 per month for late fees, regardless if the amount due was paid. I have continuously called, and they tell me that this is something that needs to be settled with a board member. Then I try to contact a board member, but they are no where to be found. I have been dealing with this issue for 4 years now, and they continue to accrue these fees. They are now saying that I owe over $900.

      Terrible company. I'll start by saying we had initially made the mistake. Our association has 2 fees. Rather than putting them as one, or even giving you a choice, we have a membership fee, which increases yearly, it seems, and an HOA.My wife had thought the membership was paid and did not understand that the bill given in November was ***************. Despite what they say, if you manage to find their customer care number, which they don't display clearly, as they want you to "schedule" a call, we did not receive any other mail.What's worse is they don't text, like every other billing company in the 21st century. No voicemails, calls, or emails were given. Instead, I have an inbox FULL of future board meetings, app updates, etc.Nothing useful, like late bill statements with tacked on fees, including $70 for hand delivery of my late bill (because they put it in a large envelope), as well as $50 in fees for being late!After speaking with customer care to find out what happened, they said I can try and have the board review it. The site asks if you are complaining about those 2 items, telling me that this is a recurring problem, but I do not "qualify" for board review for those 2 items!In addition, the app for recurring payments wants you to select an amount, and choose the frequency (monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, annually). Why!? Why can't it just take money out when the bill comes through, you know, like every other billing company living in the 21st century!Don't forget the $16 for using a credit card to pay the bill.Today's customer care tells me:"...however, it is not a requirement for the association to mail statements, it is done in the best interest of the community and as a courtesy."AND "I would kindly encourage you to review your associations fining policy. We do not make phone calls for past due amounts. It is the homeowner responsibility to make their yearly assessments as agreed upon when purchasing their home."Great "customer care".
